This company is a total JOKE!!! I placed my order on Thursday, October 14th, and didn’t get any shipping info, so I called Kwoff on Monday afternoon, October 18th. I talked to a guy who told me my order would arrive from the Bonded Warehouse the next morning and then be sent out to me right away!!! But then, this morning, Wednesday, October 20th, I got a voicemail from a woman at Kwoff saying my wine is out of stock and might not be available until December??? Seriously!!! What a complete mess! Now I gotta wait 3 to 5 days for my £105.99 refund to hit my account!!! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these folks; go with a reliable wine wholesaler like MD John or Naked Wines!!!!

There's a fantastic selection of drinks at reasonable rates. The shipping cost was a tad higher than what I typically spend, but my order was packed and sent out so quickly and smoothly that it was totally worth it. I’ve tried ordering alcohol from a different site before, and it arrived damaged three times straight! But not with Kwoff. I’d definitely order from them again without a doubt.

I hadn’t come across Kwoff before; living in London might explain that. I was on the hunt for a specific beer that was tough to track down when I stumbled upon these folks. Not sure if their beer delivery is a new venture due to the current climate, but I found some other awesome items on their site, all with pretty fair delivery fees and shipped out the same day. The delay in delivery was on Royal Mail’s end (took 5 days), but I was genuinely impressed with Kwoff’s service and will surely shop with them again.

Awesome crew and not just fond of their expertise and the banter, but also the entire vibe of their store. Sure, I might be a tad biased since my shop is right across, but I've still popped over for their tips on which wine pairs best with different meals.

Before I had to stay home because of the Coronavirus, I used to swing by Kwoff on my way back from work. I really enjoyed sampling new craft ales, stouts, and porters, plus I picked up loads of gifts for family and friends. Recently, Kwoff sent some amazing wine for free to my sister and her partner, who are both keyworkers, as a thank you for their hard work. This is truly above and beyond what we could have anticipated from Kwoff, and I swear I’ll be back to shop with you again soon. Fantastic service, thanks a bunch!

For almost five years now, I've been a loyal customer of Kwoff. The staff are super friendly and really know their stuff. They host wine tastings that are always a blast and a fantastic opportunity to sample different wines. I can't recommend Kwoff enough for their amazing selection, top-notch service, and overall awesomeness.
